Phoenix Physiques is a fitness coaching service founded by certified nutritionist Adrian Ball. They specialise in putting together customised training programmes for individuals. They promote the importance of exercise for healthy lifestyles and highlight the benefits of using a professional to plan these activities. Their services include physical exercise programming, personal training sessions, and nutritional advice.
The business was doing well and had many happy customers. Positive results were also backed up with plenty of successful case studies. Phoenix Physiques decided it was time to take marketing to the next level. They wanted to refresh their designs and streamline processes to attract more clients and better connect with existing ones.
Phoenix Physiques were concerned that clients were not getting the most out of their online services and platforms. They had plenty of material, but it lacked cohesion and brand consistency. Adrian created a lot of content for Instagram and wanted infographic carousel posts to “stop the scroll” and engage users.
Their video series needed an introduction to spark interest and calls to action (CTA). They also wanted a fresh perspective on email campaigns, coaching camp guides, and lead magnet materials. A top-down approach to branding, design, and layout was required.
Creating engaging content for brand accounts about fitness meant our approach needed to focus on energy, encouragement, and inspiration. We started with Instagram. Adrian covered fitness tips, motivational posts, and lifestyle advice. We took this outline and developed a series of informative infographic carousel posts with visually stimulating artwork and a more interactive structure. They contained excerpts from Phoenix Physiques’ longer captions to convey core messages in an accessible way.
We then created a 10-second logo sting introduction for the extensive Phoenix Physique video library. This became a powerful opener for all content from short social media clips to longer YouTube segments.
Phoenix Physiques recognised the importance of email marketing for brands and wanted significant improvements in this area. We created several easy-to-use templates to better engage customers with regular newsletters, updates, and offers. We also designed a feedback form so that the business could evaluate and improve services.
We designed a “Beginners Training Programme” PDF based on Adrian’s content to act as a lead magnet. This was free to download and available to anyone who signed up for the newsletter. We also created a “Coaching Camp Goal Planner” PDF to introduce, explain, and promote the Phoenix Physiques 8-week course.
Phoenix Physiques established a much stronger social media presence. Our infographic carousel posts enabled regular output that was consistent with their brand. The improved structure of reviews, teaching point of the week, and caption artwork combined to grab attention and build trust with target audiences. We successfully “stopped the scroll”.
Our refreshed email templates, PDF designs, and video intro enhanced marketing activities further. More clients were engaged on higher levels across multiple platforms. The newsletters and lead magnet were impactful CTAs. This generated increased interest in the Phoenix Physiques courses and paid plans leading to more new customers.
The “Beginners Training Programme” PDF successfully showcased Phoenix Physiques’ knowledge and expertise. The document helped to establish them as thought leaders while addressing potential clients’ concerns about decision fatigue and cutting out confusion. The guide effectively highlighted the benefits of outsourcing health and fitness plans to professionals with tips and foundational advice.
The “Coaching Camp Goal Planner” PDF engaged target audiences and drew their attention to thought-provoking questions about health guidance and structured fitness plans. Our design expertise has helped Phoenix Physiques connect with and reach out to more people. They can now tell their message with greater impact across different channels.
